Edinburgh-based Kirsty McBirnie and Glasgow-based Lorna Henderson, both in the corporate lending & real estate finance practice, will join the Dentons partnership on 1 May.

Their promotions form part of a wider cohort of 10 newly promoted partners across Dentons’ UK, Ireland and Middle East (UKIME) region in 2025.
