Dickson Minto promotes Catherine Christie to partner

Dickson Minto has announced the appointment of Catherine Christie as a partner in its corporate M&A team in Edinburgh.
Ms Christie has been with the firm for the entire length of her legal career, starting in 1997.
She specialises in M&A, private equity and general corporate advice.
Managing partner Bruce Minto said: “We are delighted to make this appointment. Catherine is a terrific and assured lawyer with great experience and relationships in the corporate M&A market.
