Digby Brown recruit leading family lawyer
Digby Brown has announced that family lawyer Roger Mackenzie has joined the firm.
Recommended in his field by the Legal 500, Mr Mackenzie brings a wealth of experience of acting in high net worth divorce actions at Maclay Murray & Spens and Turcan Connell.
His focus will be on developing Digby Brown’s existing adoption work as well as financial provision on divorce, cohabitation claims and child law.
The announcement follows Digby Brown achieving tier 1 status for Personal Injury (Pursuer) work in the Legal 500 Client’s Guide to the UK Legal Profession 2015. This year’s ranking marked the ninth consecutive year Digby Brown have been top ranked and the third in succession where they are the only firm to achieve this.
Describing Digby Brown as the “market leader in personal injury pursuer work”, Legal 500 also ranked the firm band 1 for Medical Negligence (Pursuer).
Digby Brown partners Graeme Garrett, Gordon Dalyell, Lisa Gregory and Mark Gibson were all recommended by the guide for personal injury work while head of Clinical Negligence Sue Grant and her specialist team were described as “first-class”.
