DMD Law appoints new head of private client

DMD Law has made a key appointment to strengthen the expertise it offers to its clients in the Edinburgh area.

Emma Horne joins the partnership as head of private client bringing a wealth of tax, trust and estate planning experience to the private client department.

She also has a significant amount of experience on issues relating to capacity, trusts for vulnerable individuals and mental health law.

Ms Horne is a private client tutor on the Legal Diploma at Edinburgh University and is a member of the Law Society of Scotland Mental Health and Disability Sub-Committee.
