Donald Findlay QC to deliver masterclass on expert evidence and science

Scottish Legal Training will be hosting a Criminal Law Masterclass on Saturday 3 October from 9am to 4pm featuring Donald Findlay QC Alex Prentice QC, Frances McMenamin QC, Ian Duguid QC and advocate John Keenan.
Donald Findlay QC will discuss keeping up with science with respect to expert evidence while Alex Prentice QC will talk about pre- trial publicity in the internet age.
Frances McMenamin QC will give an update on sexual offences and Ian Duguid QC will discuss recent developments in the law of double jeopardy. John Keenan will analyse recent Moorov cases.
The early bird special on this event will run until Fri 25 Sep at £125 plus VAT. Thereafter it will be £145 plus VAT.
The event will be held in the Prince Philip Building, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh , Nicolson Street, Edinburgh.
It may be accredited for 5 hours CPD. Lunch will be provided.
