Drummond Miller makes internal promotions and strengthens clinical negligence team
Darren Deery has been promoted to partner. He joined as a trainee and his primary area of practice is in clinical negligence. He has experience pursuing almost every type of clinical negligence action and has a particular expertise in catastrophic claims such as birth damage cases.
Laura McDonagh has been promoted to senior associate. She receives a wide range of instructions in a variety of areas including personal injury, judicial review and commercial actions.
Carolyn Jackson has been promoted to associate. She joined as a trainee and continues her progression as a valued member of the clinical negligence team.
Lorna Hale is a new addition to the expanding clinical negligence department. She gained valuable litigation experience during her traineeship, including seats in personal injury and property litigation. She will now focus on pursuing clinical negligence claims in both the All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court and Court of Session.
