Dundee events to raise funds for Educate the Kids

Solicitor Kasia McCollam is organising events in Dundee to raise money for a charity that helps children in Kenya.
Educate the Kids was set up by a retired couple from Dunfermline who run a school and orphanage in one of the poorest areas of Kenya.
The charity brings a choir of children to Scotland to tour and fundraise and to keep their sponsorship programme running (£11 a month for education, meals, uniforms etc).
The children will be visiting Dundee at the end of this month. The main event will be held at Verdant Works on Saturday 30 September. There will be a dinner, performance from the singing children of Africa, followed by an auction and live music from Dundee band Abandon – register here.
There will also be two concerts, one at the high school of Dundee on Thursday 28 September and one at the University Chaplaincy on Friday 29 September – register here.
