DWF advises owners of Cirrus on sale to Accenture
DWF has advised the owners of leadership and talent consultancy Cirrus on its sale to Accenture, a global professional services company.
Cirrus provides advice on leadership and digital learning to boost business performance. It has around 70 experts in the UK and in Australia.
The DWF corporate team which advised Simon and Clare Hayward and other owners of the business on the sale to Accenture, was led by Glasgow-based corporate partner Paul Pignatelli, alongside partner James Cashman and associates, Ciara Healy and Graham Tait. Accenture were represented by Tim Bird, Andrew Prowse, Toby Usher and Keon Stewart of Fieldfisher.
Dr Simon Hayward, CEO at Cirrus, said: “Joining Accenture creates an opportunity to bring our capabilities to more clients seeking expertise in leadership guidance.
