DWF completes office move into Glasgow’s 110 Queen Street
DWF has completed its move into new premises at 110 Queen Street in Glasgow, which will see the firm’s circa 90 Glasgow-based employees with a new, open-plan working environment.
Located at the centre of Glasgow’s business district, 110 Queen Street is BREEAM rated excellent and has secured high profile tenants including Deloitte and Grant Thornton since the completion of the building in June 2015.
DWF will lease the fourth floor, giving the firm 18,350 sq ft of open-plan working space that supports the firm’s agile working policies.
Paul Pignatelli, executive partner for DWF Glasgow said: “The growth of our team and transition towards more agile ways of working make our move to 110 Queen Street a rewarding next step for the team.
“We’re able to now have all of our Glasgow-based people working on one single floor, which is a significant change and which will encourage more collaboration amongst colleagues in different teams.
“The building itself is impressive, with a great location and atmosphere for our people and clients, and gives us the space and flexibility to continue growing our team in the future.”
He added: “It has also been carefully designed to match our other offices across the UK, to give a consistent and welcoming feel, so we’re looking forward to getting everyone settled in and inviting clients to see the new space.”
The firm has office space in a number of other high profile properties across the UK, including Birmingham’s One Snowhill and London’s ‘Walkie Talkie’ building at 20 Fenchurch Street.
