Eden Legal acquires Perth firm McKean Gardner

Rural business and agricultural law specialists Eden Legal Limited has announced that it has acquired the business of Perth-based private client firm McKean Gardner Limited.
Craig Harvie, director, said: “We are delighted that this merger has now been completed. Our firms have worked closely together for several years now and the acquisition will streamline processes for existing clients of both firms, while also strengthening Eden Legal’s private client team.”
The combined firm will operate under the name of Eden Legal Limited and will be based in Eden Legal’s existing offices in Perth.
