Edinburgh Law School ranked 13th in the world
Edinburgh Law School has been ranked as the 13th best in the world by Times Higher Education.
The University of Edinburgh has moved up two places in this year’s Times Higher Education World University Rankings for the subject of law, which compares 329 universities – up from 290 last year.
The top UK universities are the University of Cambridge in third place, the University of Oxford in seventh, UCL in 12th, followed by Edinburgh in 13th.
Globally, the top spot goes to Harvard University, followed by Stanford – last year’s top-ranked university – in second place.
In a statement, the University of Edinburgh said: “Edinburgh Law School’s rise in two places reflects the hard work and dedication of all our staff and we are proud to see this recognition.”
