ESPC appoints new mortgage advisor to Edinburgh team

ESPC Mortgages has appointed Lisa Bell as a mortgage advisor at the company’s property information centre on Edinburgh’s George Street.
Commencing her role on 31 August, Ms Bell will be available for mortgage advice alongside colleagues David Lauder and Paul Demarco.
Prior to gaining her qualifications, she worked as the administrator for the ESPC mortgages team.
Ms Bell said: “I am delighted to be joining the team at ESPC Mortgages in a new role.
“I have long admired the work that David and Paul do with the vast array of buyers and homeowners that turn to ESPC Mortgages for advice at the most crucial of life stages, and I am very much looking forward to offering my own services to those looking for independent mortgage advice.
“Helping someone achieve their dream of homeownership is an exciting prospect and one I’m hugely looking forward to.”
