Ethnic minority professionals event at RBS in Edinburgh next month
An event for Black, Asian and ethnic minority professionals to come together, expand their network and hear from an inspirational speaker will be held in Edinburgh next month.
RBS and SEMLA (Scottish Ethnic Minorities Lawyers Association) have teamed together to provide a great BAME professionals to come together to expand their network, promote diversity and talent in the Scottish workplace and hear from some inspirational guest speakers
‘Justice, Inclusion, Career and Leadership go together’ is the title of the talk that will be delivered on September 5 by keynote speaker, Sir Geoff Palmer, the first black professor in Scotland, who was also knighted in 2014 for his services to human rights, science and charity.
Attendees will also hear from guest speakers from both RBS and SEMLA talking about the importance of diversity in the workplace and how we can continue to do more to drive diversity up the agenda.
The event is open to all professionals. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. Drinks and canapes will be served.
