Euan Cluness joins TLT in Edinburgh
TLT has recruited banking partner Euan Cluness to help lead the growth of its banking offering in Scotland.
Joining TLT from Addleshaw Goddard, Mr Cluness, who will be based in the firm’s Edinburgh office, brings over a decade of experience advising banks and borrowers on some of the most complex and high-profile debt finance transactions the UK.
Boasting in-depth experience in corporate lending, acquisition finance and debt restructuring, Mr Cluness has advised many of the UK’s high street banks including NatWest, RBS, HSBC, Barclays and Virgin Money together with a number of non-bank lenders and well-known corporate borrowers.
He also has extensive experience working across a number of different sectors including leisure, food and drink, and construction.
