Euan McSherry to lead dispute resolution team at Aberdein Considine
Solicitor advocate Euan McSherry has joined Aberdein Considine as a partner, based in Edinburgh.
He was previously a partner with DWF LLP where he led the firm’s litigation team in Scotland.
Mr McSherry provides advice to clients across a range of sectors including retail, food and hospitality, and banking. He specialises in corporate and commercial work, insolvency, real estate, corporate crime and reputational risk management.
He has been involved in a number of significant Court of Session cases, including acting for Serco in a £400 million procurement challenge and representing pharmaceuticals giant Pfizer in two appeals to the Inner House.
Managing partner Jaqueline Law said: “Euan is one of Scotland’s most highly rated litigation experts and we’re delighted he has agreed to join us to lead our national dispute resolution team.
“His knowledge and experience will be vital for our clients as we look to help them protect their businesses and support their growth ambitions.”
Mr McSherry added: “Aberdein Considine has developed an impressive reputation throughout Scotland and that is very much down to the hard work and commitment of my new colleagues.
“In leading the team my focus will be to ensure that we use all the tools and resources at our disposal to make sure our clients get the very best support and advice, where and when they need it.”
