Event: Past, present and future for ethnic minority women in law

The Women in Law Project in collaboration with Diversity+ invite all those interested in issues of inclusion and representation to join them for a rally on Monday 13 June from 6:00pm - 7:30pm at the University of Glasgow to think collectively about the past, present and future for ethnic minority women studying, working, and active in the Scottish legal landscape.
Building on the recently published report on Racial Inclusion in the Scottish Legal Profession, the rally will provide an opportunity to hear from practitioners, the bench, academics, students and activists, who will offer reflections from different stages of career and engagement with the law, and point to ways forward for a Scottish legal environment that is diverse, open, and engaged.
The evening will also provide an opportunity for networking and sharing stories of experiences in law.
