Event: Spotlight on… Bitcoin and Digital Assets

The SSC Society in association with the Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association is hosting “Spotlight on ……Bitcoin and Digital Assets” with our speaker Professor David Fox, chair of common law at the University of Edinburgh @ SSC Society lounge, Parliament House, Edinburgh on Thursday 14 March 2024 @ 6pm.
Professor Fox will cover the main features of digital assets; the Law Commission’s recent work on the subject and the state of parallel developments in Scotland; and some of the recent case law where digital assets have featured.
This event is suitable for practitioners in the criminal & civil courts together with transactional & advisory lawyers.
