Event to explore representation and diversity in Scots criminal law practice

The Edinburgh Foundation for Women in Law will host an event entitled ‘Diversity and criminal law practice in Scotland: spaces for voices’ on 23 April.

In this roundtable the challenges to representation and diversity faced within Scots criminal law practice will be explored. This event will take place from 12.00-1.30pm in the Moot Court Room at Edinburgh Law School.

The session will begin with a panel discussion chaired by Naeema Yaqoob Sajid (Diversity+), before an open roundtable discussion with the audience. Lunch will be provided.

Panellists include:

  • Lindsay Jack, head of diversity, careers and outreach at Law Society of Scotland
