Faculty to fore in Mental Health Tribunal appointments
Six members of the Faculty of Advocates are among a group of new appointees to the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland.
In all, eight new legal members and 19 new medical members were appointed by legal affairs minister Annabelle Ewing MSP. She said the new members brought “a wealth of skills and experience” to the tribunal.
The Faculty six are: Sir Crispin Agnew QC, Kenneth Campbell QC, Laura Dunlop QC, Bruce Erroch, John MacGregor and Moira MacKenzie.
They are joined by solicitors Ruthven Gemmell and Laura McLaughlin.
