Flexible working focus at next month’s Employment Conference

Legislation concerned with flexible working will form a key focus at CLT Scotland’s Employment Conference which will take place online on 12 June.

Conference chair Lindsey Cartwright of Morton Fraser MacRoberts will look at how the new legislation on flexible working and carers leave is likely to be utilised by the UK’s 5.7million unpaid carers while Deborah Miller from Shepherd and Wedderburn will consider whether the Workers (Predictable Terms and Conditions) Act 2023 will strike the balance between the flexibility of gig work and the need for stability and predictability for workers

Elouisa Crichton from Dentons, David Martyn of Thompsons, Sarah Gilzean of Morton Fraser MacRoberts and Catriona Aldridge and Eileen MacMahon from CMS will complete the panel of speakers.
