Mr Pennie trained and qualified with Falkirk firm Russel + Aitken where he gained experience of a variety of civil litigation.

He has acted for landlords in the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland, creditors in debt recovery matters as well as advising in family cases such as divorce, residency and adoption actions. He will be working closely with directors Karen Condie and Craig Donnelly to support the growth of the firm’s litigation services.

He said: “I am looking forward to working with Karen and Craig and the whole Holmes Mackillop team to support clients across our offices in Glasgow, Bishopbriggs, Giffnock, Johnstone, Milngavie and Prestwick.”
