Free ebook on studying EU law in Scotland before and after Brexit published
Scots law academics have published a free ebook on studying EU law in Scotland before and after Brexit.
The first edition of Studying EU Law in Scotland during and after Brexit, edited by Professor Nicole Busby and Dr Rebecca Zahn and produced In collaboration with the Scottish Universities Legal Network on Europe has just been released.
The ebook has been written as a collaborative venture between academics across and beyond Scotland and contains 19 chapters on a range of substantive areas of EU law as well as contributions from the Law Society of Scotland and the Faculty of Advocates.
Dr Zahn told Scottish Legal News: “The book is primarily intended to be a helpful resource in the teaching and learning of EU law in Scotland at this particularly challenging time but we hope that the book will also be a useful guide for all those who need/want to stay informed and up to date as the UK government’s negotiations regarding our future relationship with the EU develop.
“The aim is to update the book on a regular basis so the editors would welcome any comments/suggestions for updates in future.”
