Further recognition for Arnot Manderson in legal directory rankings and awards

Arnot Manderson Advocates is delighted to report the remarkable achievement of twenty-four individual rankings including 8 in Band 1 across fourteen wide ranging Practice Areas in the recently announced Chambers and Partners listings.  As well as the haul of individual rankings Arnot Manderson has achieved stable wide recognition in Private Client, Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Family/Matrimonial.

Leading the way with a remarkable four rankings in Administrative & Public Law, Personal Injury, Public & Fatal Accident Inquiries and Media Law is Duncan Hamilton KC.  Also on the senior side Iain Mitchell KC takes three rankings including Commercial Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property and IT Band 1.  Another senior counsel with multiple rankings is Faculty Office Bearer Neil Mackenzie KC in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury.

In the Family Law field the stable continues to go from strength to strength and once again boasts rankings in the Matrimonial Finance and Children categories.  Head of the stable’s Family Law Group, Marie Clark KC in ranked as a New Silk and contributes to a stable ranking for Family/Matrimonial. Meanwhile Arnot Manderson stable Director Nicola Gilchrist is recognised Band 1 in the Family: Children category.

Colin MacAulay KC again achieves the well-deserved Ranking of Senior Statesperson in the Clinical Negligence department.  Joining Colin MacAulay KC and Neil MacKenzie KC in this category is the highly respected Laura Thomson KC who pick up a New Silk ranking.  Whilst at the junior end there is also recognition in this practice area for Arabella Tait who is recognised Band 1 and Nick Gardiner, with both these experienced juniors also being ranked in the field of Personal Injury.

The stable continues to collect Rankings in a varied set of practice areas and typifying this across-the-board strength is another stable member with Rankings in an impressive four disciplines, David Turner.  David is recognised in Company and Real Estate Litigation (both Band 1), Private Client and Commercial Dispute Resolution.  There is also recognition in the later category for one of the Heads of the Commercial Practice Grouping, Fergus Whyte.

The dual qualified Stephen Donnelly is recognised in Administrative & Public Law and Hugh Olson is once again ranked in the Employment section.
