Gail Docherty becomes head of residential conveyancing at Macdonald Henderson
Gail Docherty has been appointed as head of the residential conveyancing team at Macdonald Henderson.
Ms Docherty has an impressive range of experience in the residential property market, having acted as an advisor to private clients and lending institutions, developers and management companies.
Working in conjunction with the Registers of Scotland, she was able to assist with the development and launch of the development plan approval service offered by the Registers and has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the criteria for development master plans and the registration requirements of the legal framework for residential properties and new build sites.
In addition to her own client caseload, Ms Docherty is a tutor on the diploma in professional legal practice at Strathclyde University.
