Ms Wahle is highly experienced in a wide range of agricultural and rural property matters and has previously advised on a number of both residential and commercial developments, particularly those with a rural context.
Since qualifying in 2002 she has dealt with many aspects of agricultural tenancy matters as well as the acquisition and sale of country houses, estates, forestry and farms and security transactions. She has also acted for landowners and developers in a variety of projects including wind turbine developments, hydro schemes and solar power developments.
She is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and a graduate of the Scottish Enterprise Rural Leadership Programme 2016-2017. She has served as a tutor on the Diploma in Legal Practice at Robert Gordon University for several years, latterly as senior tutor.
Ms Wahle will be based in Gillespie Macandrew’s growing Perth office as part of the firm’s strategy to expand its presence in the region.
Welcoming Viktoria to the firm, Chris West, chief executive of Gillespie Macandrew, said: “Viktoria has a wealth of expertise and experience in rural matters and I am delighted to welcome her to the business.
“Gillespie Macandrew takes great pride in our land and rural business team’s record in the rural business community, representing around a million acres of rural, development and industrial land in Scotland.
“With the addition of Viktoria in our Perth office, we have further reinforced the strength and breadth of expertise we provide in this core area for the firm.”
