Gillespie Macandrew’s Hunters Residential backs colleague in Saturday’s big match

Bonnyrigg Rose FC manager, Robbie Horn, has been preparing for the amateur side’s big match against Hibs on Saturday with the help and support of his work colleagues at Hunters Residential, the estate agency and conveyancing arm of Gillespie Macandrew.Mr Horn is the senior property valuer at Hunters, a firm he joined in 2013, and with their encouragement he has been able to keep his mind on his football in readiness for the Scottish Cup clash with the current cup holders.

Bonnyrigg Rose FC knocked out Dumbarton in the third round to set up the match against Hibs, which will be played at Tynecastle. It was the first time a junior club has beaten a championship side, and Robbie, a former Hearts, Forfar Athletic and Berwick Rangers player, is delighted with the form of his history-making team.

Practising a few skills with his Hunters’ colleagues, Mr Horn said that he was “very relaxed” about Saturday’s game.

Willie Hunter, partner with Gillespie Macandrew, who heads up Hunters Residential, said: “Robbie understands the importance of good teamwork and the Hunters team are certainly rooting for him on Saturday.”
