Professor Jane Mair triumphed in a light-hearted bake-off competition between University of Glasgow Law School researchers this week.
The #bakeyourresearch competition created a buzz on Twitter as researchers showed off culinary creations based on their legal work.
Professor James Chalmers, whose research concerns the Fraud Act 2006, aptly planted a Fraud Act flag into his 2 for £4 store-bought lemon drizzle cake, while Professor Tom Mullen’s flag-adorned cupcakes represented Brexit.

Professor Fiona Leverick produced an entire courtroom of biscuit people - including a particularly happy Senator of the College of Justice, defendant, victim and jurors.
Water fanatic Dr Jill Robbie baked a seaside scene cake to represent her research into private water rights, while Professor Ernest Metzger, a specialist in Roman law, prepared an apple and walnut cake fit for Justinian.

But the winning entry was Professor Jane Mair’s beautiful wedding cake - representing her work in private and family law.
Professor Mair took to Twitter to thank Dr Robbie and Marysia Nicolson for organising the competition, adding: “But the real winner is Professor James Chalmers because he’s not going home to a kitchen floor covered in icing sugar and sprinkles - I am!”
