Harper Macleod adds new partner to family law team
Harper Macleod has bolstered its family law team with the recruitment of partner Jenny Smith. Ms Smith, who is accredited as a family law specialist by the Law Society of Scotland, was previously a partner with Family Law Matters.

She is very well regarded and brings with her the ideal combination of experience and specialist knowledge to complement our existing team in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Inverness.”

Ms Smith, who is dual qualified in Scottish and English law, has experience of all aspects of family law with a particular interest in the financial issues arising from separation and divorce.
She is trained in collaborative practice and also tutors family law and professional ethics at Strathclyde University. She is also a member of the Family Law Association, and past committee member and a member of Consensus Scotland and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Harper Macleod has a seven-strong family law team led by three partners.
