Harper Macleod appointed as Scottish Swimming legal advisers
Harper Macleod has been appointed as the official legal adviser for Scottish Swimming.
The firm said it is “uniquely placed” to partner up with the governing body of swimming, diving, open water swimming, synchronised swimming and water polo, which represents more than 21,000 members and 160 clubs in Scotland.
The law practice specialises in sports law and was legal adviser to the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
Its other existing sports clients include the SPFL, Scottish Rugby and a wide range of Scottish sports governing bodies.
Harper Macleod will provide Scottish Swimming with a wide range of legal services in key areas such as governance, child protection and contracts.
