Harper Macleod only Scots firm on shortlist at prestigious UK law awards

Harper Macleod is the only Scottish practice shortlisted in the “Regional Firm of the Year” category at the The Lawyer Awards 2017.

Hosted by legal publication The Lawyer, in association with Travelers, the firm joins an eight-strong shortlist including Michelmores, Pannone Corporate, Shulmans, Stevens & Bolton, Thomson Snell & Passmore, Wright Hassall and rradar.

The Lawyer Awards ceremony will take place on 27 June at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London’s Mayfair, with 1,300 legal professionals in attendance in what is one of the biggest nights of the year for the legal industry.

The organisers revealed that they received entries from a record number of firms and companies this year, with competition fierce to even make the shortlists.
