Arnot Manderson Advocates has obtained 24 individual rankings including 8 in Band 1 across fourteen wide ranging practice areas in the recently announced Chambers and Partners listings.

As well as the haul of individual rankings Arnot Manderson has achieved stable wide recognition in Private Client, Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Family/Matrimonial.

Leading the way with a remarkable four rankings in Real Estate Litigation and Company both Band 1 as well as Private Client, and Commercial Dispute Resolution is David Turner. On the senior side Iain Mitchell KC takes three rankings including Commercial Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property and IT Band 1. Other senior counsel with multiple rankings include Duncan Hamilton KC in Media Law Band 1 and Administrative & Public Law and Neil Mackenzie KC in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury.

The stable continues to collect Rankings in a varied set of Practice Areas and typifying this across the board strength are the numerous stable members with Rankings in multiple disciplines. Besides the aforementioned counsel, there are Tax Band 1 and Private Client specialist David Small as well as Arabella Tait who is recognised Band 1 and Nick Gardiner in the fields of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence.

In the Family Law field the stable continues to go from strength to strength and once again boasts rankings in the Matrimonial Finance and Children categories. Experienced junior Marie Clark contributes to a stable ranking for Family/Matrimonial and Arnot Manderson stable Director Nicola Gilchrist is recognised Band 1 in the Family: Children category where there is also a poignant ranking for the late Alan Inglis who passed away in August this year.

Colin MacAulay KC again achieves the well-deserved ranking of Senior Statesperson in the Clinical Negligence department whilst at the junior end there is recognition for Stephen Donnelly in Administrative & Public Law and for Laura Thomson in PI. The Faculty’s director of training and education Hugh Olson is ranked in the Employment section.
