HMCTS takes tenancy in Aberdeen complex
The HM Courts and Tribunal Service (HMCTS) has taken a tenancy in an Aberdeen office complex.
The body, responsible for the administration of the courts south of the border, has taken a long lease for ground-floor accommodation at the AB1 building on Huntly Street.
It joins the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service’s presence in the city as well as the Oil and Gas Authority.
Matthew Park, senior surveyor at Knight Frank letting agents, said: “We are delighted to have concluded the latest agreement. AB1 is now 75 per cent let and we anticipate the remaining accommodation will be accounted for very soon.”
Michael Clements, AAM asset manager, added: “This is another strong tenant for AB1 and it demonstrates the opportunities within the commercial property sector in Aberdeen at present.”
