Mr McAdam is an experienced litigator, having trained with a national personal injury firm before moving to a global commercial firm on qualifying.

He has represented clients in sheriff courts across Scotland and instructed counsel in Court of Session actions.

He will work alongside Holmes Mackillop directors Karen Condie and Craig Donnelly to further grow the team’s services in commercial, property and insolvency litigation as well as employment, divorce and family matters.

Mr McAdam said: “I am looking forward to working with Karen and Craig and the Holmes Mackillop team and supporting the firm’s clients in navigating through commercial and civil disputes.”
