Iain Nicol joins Balfour+Manson’s litigation team

Mr Nicol has over 25 years’ experience in pursuing compensation claims and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in both personal injury and professional negligence law.

He said: “It is great to be joining Balfour+Manson and it feels like a very natural fit for me. I am looking forward to working with the team to continue to grow their presence across the country.”

Mr Nicol is also a Law Society peer reviewer and member of the Pursuers Panel as well as the Scottish Civil Justice Council Costs and Funding Committee.
