Ian Truscott QC joins Westwater Advocates

Westwater Advocates has announced the return to the bar today of Ian Truscott QC. Widely regarded as one of the foremost employment lawyers in the UK, Mr Truscott has spent the last few years working with an international legal firm but has now decided to return to the Faculty of Advocates where he practised successfully for some 25 years.

His addition to Westwater Advocates will reinforce its reputation as Scotland’s leading stable for all aspects of employment and disciplinary matters.
