Important Licensing Conference less than two weeks away

The challenges to the licensed trade over the past 18 months and the way in which the legal profession has responded will be a key theme at CLT Scotland’s Licensing Conference taking place online on Thursday 7 October

Chaired by Scott Blair of Terra Firma Chambers, the conference will consider the key licensing issues that have arisen during the pandemic and how these have been dealt with, the future of occasional licences and the rules and conditions for delivery of alcohol. The conference will also cover civic government issues and short-term lets.

Scott will be joined on the speaking panel by Caroline Loudon and Stephen McGowan of TLT LLP, Harper MacLeod’s Andrew Hunter, Joanna Millar of Gilson Gray and Raymond Lynch from West Dunbartonshire Council.
