Inksters go above and beyond for children’s charity
On Sunday 15 May, four members of Inksters Solicitors zip-lined across the Clyde raising £1,235 for CLIC Sargent, the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people.
The four members of #teaminksters were Evonne Morrison, Gerald Segal, Margaret-Anne Gay and Karen Hughes, whilst other colleagues cheered from the sidelines.
Miss Morrison said: “We had a fantastic day zip lining across the Clyde and are delighted to have exceeded our target. We would like to thank everyone who has supported us in raising vital funds.”
CLIC Sargent provides vital emotional, practical and financial support to young cancer patients and families during and after treatment. By going over and above their initial target the altitude-seeking members of #teaminksters are able to cover the costs of a family, taking a break from the trauma of treatment, to holiday at St. Malcolm House in Ayrshire.
