Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law, she is an experienced practitioner whose expertise comprises all aspects of employment and HR legal matters, including employment tribunals - advising claimants and respondents as a tribunal litigator, settlement agreements, disciplinary hearings, redundancy handling, discrimination, maternity and paternity rights, whistleblowing, data protection, contract and policy review and regulatory issues.
