She has a broad range of experience across the financial services sector, regularly advising asset managers, investment funds, investment platforms, pension schemes and family offices. She also has considerable experience advising on investment funds issues, including the establishment of private investment funds and investment into funds across different asset classes, along with wider regulatory matters such as AIFMD, MiFID and SMCR.
