Jill Andrew joined the team as partner in August 2022, while Louisa Raistrick has taken on the role of head of estate agency.

Ms Andrew brings a wealth of experience in the Edinburgh property market to Coulters, having previously held director roles at both Burness Paull and Simpson & Marwick. Her role at Coulters sees her as an experienced partner in the property team, managing sales and purchases as well as acting on behalf of small developers looking to market their new build houses.

As head of estate agency, Ms Raistrick manages Coulter’s team of 16-strong estate agents. An experienced chartered surveyor, she joins from a 14-year stint at Simpson & Marwick where she was most recently director of property sales. Prior to that she worked in land and development with CBRE and Rettie.
