John Henderson & Sons LLP appoint new partner

Mr Marshall qualified as a solicitor and notary public in 2007 after undertaking a specialist litigation traineeship with one of the country’s largest personal injury law firms.

He has worked almost exclusively in the field of reparation since, returning to his native Dumfries in 2009 to join the personal injury department of John Henderson & Sons, working alongside partner, Nick Gordon.

Of his appointment, Mr Marshall said: “I am delighted to have been assumed as a partner of John Henderson & Sons LLP.

“In this role I look forward to contributing further to the development of not only the personal injury department, but to the firm as a whole as we continue to focus on our commitment to being a modern, professional and forward-thinking legal practice”.
