Judge Ian Forrester QC delivers 2018  Macfadyen Lecture

The 2018 Macfadyen Lecture, staged by the Scottish Council of Law Reporting, has been delivered by Judge Ian Forrester QC.

The lectures are in memory of the Rt Hon Lord (Donald) Macfadyen who died in 2008, and Judge Forrester, a UK judge of the General Court of Justice of the European Union, spoke on “Brexit: a Judicial View”.
