Julius Komorowski succeeds Lord Ericht as Session Cases editor
Following his installation as a Senator of the College of Justice as Lord Ericht, Andrew F Stewart QC has resigned the editorship of Session Cases®, Scotland’s most authoritative series of law reports, after 15 years as editor.
Julius Komorowski, advocate, formerly deputy editor, has succeeded Lord Ericht as editor. The Scottish Council of Law Reporting (SCLR) has announced that Emma Toner, advocate, has been appointed as the new deputy editor of Session Cases.
The SCLR is a charity, established by the legal profession in Scotland, whose primary purpose is the publication of Session Cases®, the series publishes reports of Scottish cases heard in the House of Lords, the Privy Council, the High Court of Justiciary and the Sheriff Appeal Court as well as those heard in the Court of Session.
