Ken Gerber

Mr Gerber is a specialist in commercial property, landlord and tenant law and offers strategic advice to family businesses.

He works closely with property investors, handling every aspect of commercial property work with particular focus on commercial leases. He is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in commercial leasing.

A senior tutor at Glasgow University, he created the postgraduate commercial conveyancing course and is the author of two legal textbooks: Commercial Leases in Scotland: A Practitioner’s Guide and Land & Property Development in Scotland-Law and Practice.
