Kennedys opens in Scotland
International law firm Kennedys has opened in Scotland with offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, giving it a presence in all jurisdictions in the UK and Ireland.
The firm has recruited two Scottish solicitors: Frank Gill (pictured) and Rory Jackson.
Mr Gill, the principal of the niche commercial litigation firm Francis Gill & Cowill be joined by his team who already have strong links with Kennedys having acted with them in a number of cases over many years.
As well as defending liability insurance matters, insurance liability and regulatory partner, Rory Jackson, from McClure Naismith, also handles health & safety, regulatory and environmental matters and already shares some clients with Kennedys.
Mr Gill, said: “Kennedys is a first-class firm with a reputation to match. There are many synergies between the work that my own firm specialises in and the work undertaken by Kennedys, which will allow me to continue servicing my existing client base as well as Kennedys’ clients that are based in Scotland.
