Kevin Henry joins Compass Chambers

Compass’ Richard Pugh was Mr Henry’s principal devilmaster and stable members are very pleased Mr Henry is joining them. He has experience of personal injury, clinical negligence, defamation and public law.

He also has significant experience of regulatory crime and criminal appeals, these having been the focus of his practice whilst working at the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission.

In his role there he regularly dealt with matters of criminal law, criminal procedure, the law of evidence as well as human rights and data protection.
