Kym Samson
Kym Samson has been promoted to director at Duncan and McConnell Solicitors in Dundee.
Ms Samson graduated from the University of Dundee in 2013 and joined Duncan and McConnell Solicitors shortly thereafter. She became an associate in the firm in 2016.
She has a wealth of experience in civil litigation, and has a particular interest in family and children’s law, and has raised and successfully defended numerous actions in Tayside and across Scotland.
Ms Samson also tutors graduates at the University of Dundee in the family law elective of the diploma in legal practice.
