Last chance to answer our survey: Should Scotland introduce legal apprenticeships?

As plans for legal apprenticeships gain steam, Scottish Legal News is asking readers whether they think apprenticeships ought to be introduced in Scotland as an alternative route to qualification as a solicitor.

Holyrood’s Justice Committee has called for the introduction of legal apprenticeships in order to widen access to the profession.

“The committee considers that these should be introduced as soon as possible, and that other options should be kept firmly on the table in the future.”
