Lawyers’ views sought for surrogacy reform research project

The University of Aberdeen is conducting a research project on the reform of the UK laws on surrogacy and is looking for legal practitioners with experience and/or interest in surrogacy to take part.
The project is funded by the Clark Foundation for Legal Education and the key objective is to help to develop well-informed recommendations for the reform of the UK surrogacy laws from a Scottish perspective.
The research will involve interviews with legal practitioners and judges across Scotland. It is not necessary for the research participants to have had direct involvement in a surrogacy case, but knowledge and experience of family law is important.
