Leading practitioners and COPFS to speak at next month’s Health & Safety Conference
An extremely experienced panel of speakers will be presenting at CLT Scotland’s Health & Safety Conference taking place exclusively in-person on Tuesday 7 March at the Hilton Glasgow.
Chaired by Pinsent Masons’ Katherine Metcalfe, the conference will include topics ranging from the procedure and challenges of FAIs and Public Inquiries, advising clients on risk and expert witness evidence to fire and building safety, offshore renewables and the latest on sentencing. The conference will also include a presentation from COPFS on the role of their Health and Safety Investigation Unit.
Katherine will be joined on the speaking panel by Jenny Dickson of Morton Fraser, Brodies’ Clare Bone, Deborah Carroll, Gavin Callaghan and Lisa Hilton from COPFS Health and Safety Unit, Natalie Walker of Pinsent Masons and Emma Toner and Elaine Smith from Compass Chambers.
